Repetitive drawing helps the brain enter the Alpha Wave state, a state of relaxation and high concentration, which can significantly reduce stress hormone levels.
Is it possible to use an iPad or tablet for studying?
Yes, you can learn using paper and a pen. However, for maximum stress reduction results, we recommend using a real pen and paper. The tactile sensations from the pressure and the sound of the pen on the paper (ASMR) are more effective at relaxing the brain than looking at a screen emitting blue light.
Does this course really help with burnout?
