We are in an era where “long-term planning” may no longer be the only answer to stability.
As economic conditions fluctuate, consumer behavior changes rapidly, and technology changes the business game every day,
The question is not whether we will fall… but how we will “get back up” after we fall.
In a world where leaders cannot control everything, the key is not to avoid failure, but to “Resilient Leadership” Who can lead the team to “fall smartly” and “rise powerfully”
Leaders with Resilient Leadership will be able to…
See the crisis as a test, not the end.
Create positive energy for the team, even on the most hopeless days.
Quickly adjust strategies but stay on solid principles.
Bring out the team's potential even under pressure
And most importantly… dare to make decisions in situations where there is no clear answer.
“Resilience is not about never falling, but about rising every time you fall.” — And that’s what makes ordinary leaders become powerful leaders —
This course will take you from just “surviving” to “recovering and growing”. Whether you are a team leader, manager, line leader or HRBP who has to manage the entire organization.
This course is designed to make you a leader who “never gives up” and “leads the team even on the worst day.”
1. Set fun goals 🎯 Instead of just thinking, "I have to graduate," try setting specific and realistic goals. This will give you a lot of motivation!
such as ""I want to improve." presentation skills "It will make you look more professional and appealing, so you won't be nervous when presenting to your boss or clients, and you'll be able to persuade them better!""
2. Create your favorite study corner 💻🎧 Find a place that makes you feel like sitting and studying for a long time, and have your materials readily available for immediate use.
It might be a quiet sofa corner with perfect lighting, along with noise-canceling headphones, or a clean workspace with just your laptop and a trusty notebook.
3. Enter Do Not Disturb mode 🤫 Just a quick glance to reply to a chat can easily pull us out of focus for a long time. That's why eliminating distractions is so important.
Ten minutes before class starts, try turning off notifications for Line, Facebook, and Instagram on both your phone and computer. You'll notice a significant improvement in your ability to focus on the material.
4. Block out the educational content 🗓️ Transform your studies into a "special appointment" that you've set aside specifically for yourself.
Open Google Calendar and schedule it as follows: ""Learn presentation techniques from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM."" Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as soon as the time comes, our brains will automatically tell us to be ready to study!
5. Examine the travel map (lesson structure) 🗺️ Like looking at a map before a trip, sneaking a peek at the course material beforehand will give you an overview and prevent you from getting lost.
Just take a look at the lesson structure to get a general idea of what we'll be covering this week and what topics might be particularly interesting next week. This will help you prepare yourself, and if you find something you like, it will give you even more motivation to look forward to learning!
