World Economic Forum Or the World Economic Forum has determined that “Critical Thinking”"(Read as Crit'ticle Thing'king)" or "critical thinking" is one of the skills that workers must have before 2025. The rapid changes in today's world are causing the business ecosystem to change dramatically. To cope with this situation, workers must rely on new data and knowledge sets to drive the organization from now on. This requires a process of data retrieval, data analysis, conclusion drawing, and decision-making based on this new set of information. "Critical thinking" is an attempt to think and make decisions using a rational process that is supported by evidence, facts, or data. It ignores personal experience or traditional beliefs, and uses emotions as little as possible to avoid bias in thinking and decision-making. The main goal is to find the most reasonable and feasible answer. Importantly, it must be better than the previous answer, leading to an effective decision-making process and further action. Therefore, it can be concluded that critical thinking will help enhance work efficiency in new and unfamiliar contexts where previous experiences cannot be used for analysis and decision-making.
