It is undeniable that in the current context, “change management capability” has a significant influence on the survival and growth of an organization. Various crises, such as the COVID-10 pandemic, the seemingly endless Ukraine-Russia war, the trade war, the economic crisis, and inflation from both Positive Demand Shock and Nagative Supply Shock, which are more severe than any other time in history, not to mention the exponential advancement of technology and global warming, all of these have caused sudden changes, resulting in fragile business models that are more susceptible to replacement. The chances of businesses that cannot adapt in time are therefore higher. When the survival and competitiveness of an organization are severely challenged by the aforementioned external factors, managing internal changes to maintain stability and enhance agility in driving organizations in the digital economy, as well as creating new opportunities in the future, “Change Management” is an important skill for organizational leaders in the digital age where change is inevitable.
