Rapid changes in technology and crises on top of crises create significant challenges for organizations to survive and grow. Responding to constant change seems to be what many organizations choose to do. If we look at the basic elements of driving an organization, there are 3 things: 1. A clear and precise vision, 2. Having a clever strategy or tactics to create a competitive advantage, and 3. Having an effective and tangible measurement system. Of course, all 3 of these things affect the survival and growth of every organization.
Developing strategic thinking and management skills for executives and all employees will help executives to define strategies that are in line with the current situation very well, and employees can put those strategies into practice to produce tangible results. This greatly reduces the gap between executives and practitioners that can lead to mistakes, conflicts, and problems with cooperation.
