Throughout my career in human resource development, working in private, public, and state-owned enterprises, I believe that "effective learning" must enable learners to apply what they learn in their work. With my experience in HR, coaching, and facilitation, I design participatory learning experiences through activities, tools like Coaching Cards, board games, and gamification. This allows everyone to learn by doing, confidently develop their potential, and grow sustainably with the organization.
