If an organization can develop employees to be able to transfer their knowledge and work experience within the organization, it will directly help improve the organization's efficiency and competitiveness.
However, creating internal trainers who have knowledge and work experience but lack teaching experience is a challenge because professional trainers must be able to design curriculum, conduct participatory teaching, and monitor student success, as well as continuously and consistently develop their teaching abilities.

- Stage 1 (State of Knowledge) Learn through E-Learning
- Phase 2 (State of Skills) Learning in the classroom in the form of Action Learning (1 session not exceeding 15 people)
- Stage 3 (State of Follow up) Learning through online classrooms
