In a rapidly changing world, the uncertain, ambiguous and unpredictable working environment has made success more complex and difficult to control. Knowledge and technical expertise alone may not be able to lead workers in this century to their desired goals. Self-Leadership, as well as many other human skills, are required.
McKinsey & Company research (2023) identified self-leadership skills as one of the key factors that enable individuals to cope with the complexities of today's world. Self-leadership is not limited to supervisory positions, but can be developed at all levels, no matter what role you are in.
The Lead Yourself course is designed to help learners discover and develop their own leadership potential. It consists of three key components: Leader Mindset, Emotional Intelligence (EI), and Problem Solving.
