We are a Digital Learning Solutions Partner or partner for corporate customers in Thailand and Southeast Asia, focusing on bringing digital technology to enhance learning efficiency, allowing workers in the 21st century to access the knowledge necessary for work as quickly as possible to enhance readiness to deal with future challenges.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">By registering to use the Fastlearn10x (FaslearnTenX) services, websites, software applications (collectively, the \u201cFastlearn10x Services\u201d or this \u201cService\u201d) or accessing any content or materials published by Fastlearn10x (FaslearnTenX) through this \u201cService\u201d, you are entering into a binding agreement with Fastlearn10x (FaslearnTenX), the details of which are set out at the bottom of this document so that you understand the terms and conditions of your use of our services for the benefit of all of you.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"16\">Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn Ten X)<\/b> Operated by <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"94\">Perfect Training Group Co., Ltd.<\/b> Corporate registration number: <b>0-1255-60000-07-7<\/b>\u00a0(hereinafter referred to as &quot;the Company&quot;)<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong style=\"color: #009345;\">1. Definition<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below when used in these Terms and Conditions:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u201c&quot;company&quot;\u201d<\/strong> This refers to the owner of intellectual property.<br \/><strong>\u201cFastlearn10x (Fast Learn Ten X)\u201d<\/strong> This refers to providers of online courses and other services.\u00a0<br \/><strong>\u201c&quot;Customers&quot;\u201d<\/strong> This refers to users who log into the Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn 10X) system to purchase services, try the system, try trial learning content, or use other services offered by Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn 10X).<br \/><strong>\u201c&quot;member&quot;\u201d<\/strong> This refers to users who have registered as members with Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn Ten X).<br \/><strong>\u201c&quot;content&quot;\u201d<\/strong> This refers to content accessible through a service, in the form of data such as text, audio files, music, images, videos, software, programs, computer code, and similar materials.<br \/><strong>\u201c&quot;Additional Terms and Conditions&quot;\u201d<\/strong> This refers to documents issued or uploaded relating to the service, under the names &quot;Agreement,&quot; &quot;Guidelines,&quot; &quot;Policy,&quot; and similar.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #009345;\"><strong>2. Sharing or transferring the license to others is prohibited.<\/li><li><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Accuracy of the information:<\/b> Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information as per their national identity card or corporate information for the purpose of issuing receipts and tax invoices.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\"><strong><span style=\"color: #009345;\">4. Specific terms and conditions for corporate clients (Corporate\/B2B).<\/span><\/strong><\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"10\">In cases where the use of services occurs under a contract on behalf of a legal entity or organization.<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Access rights (License):<\/b> The number of users must comply with what is specified in the contract or quotation.<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Account management:<\/b> The organization is responsible for managing the list of authorized employees, and each employee must comply with these terms of use like any other user.<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Main contract:<\/b> In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these terms and the \u201cEnterprise Service Agreement,\u201d the Enterprise Service Agreement shall prevail.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"12\"><strong><span style=\"color: #009345;\">5. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection<\/span><\/strong><\/h3><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\">All content, videos, documents, and instructional materials are the exclusive copyright of the company.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Strictly prohibited:<\/b> Unauthorized reproduction, modification, screen recording, or distribution of this content through other channels is prohibited. If any violation is detected, the company will immediately suspend access and reserves the right to claim damages up to the maximum rate permitted by law.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"14\">\u00a0<\/h3><h3 data-path-to-node=\"14\"><span style=\"color: #009345;\"><strong>6. Payment and Tax Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><p data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">fee :<\/b> Users agree to pay fees according to the rates set by the platform (e.g., per course or monthly\/annual membership).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><p data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\">For corporate clients, fees are based on system specifications or as stated in the quotation.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0\">The company will issue a full tax invoice based on the information you provided in the system.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"15,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Refund Policy:<\/b> Because the product is digital content that is instantly accessible. <b data-path-to-node=\"14,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"86\">The company reserves the right not to issue refunds under any circumstances.<\/b> Unless due to a technical system error that cannot be resolved within the timeframe specified by the company, or subject to special conditions specified for each course.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><span style=\"color: #009345;\"><strong>7. Receipt information.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>Billing information will be subject to the terms and conditions specified in the service. If a service does not specify such terms and conditions, the following will apply:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.) \u201cUsers\u201d will receive a receipt\/tax invoice within 30 days after agreeing to purchase, with details according to the information you provided when ordering the product or making payment.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.) Companies or legal entities that are &quot;service users&quot; have the right to amend the details of their receipts\/tax invoices and request a refund of withholding tax within 3 days after agreeing to the purchase or making payment. They must contact Perfect Training Group Co., Ltd. to inform them of their request and attach the following documents: (Company registration certificate\/Form 20\/Withholding tax certificate\/Copy of bank account statement\/Payment confirmation).<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.) \u201cUsers\u201d who are companies or juristic persons will receive the withholding tax (if the amount has a fraction, it must be rounded down) by transferring the money back to the bank account specified by the users. The users must be responsible for the refund fee of at least 50 baht or the actual amount charged by the bank within 7 business days from the payment date. If it exceeds the specified time, Fastlearn10x (Faslearn Ten X) reserves the right not to refund the withholding tax. Documents for receiving money are as follows:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">1. Payment confirmation<br \/>2. Withholding tax certificate<br \/>3. Power of attorney to receive money, along with a copy of the ID card of the grantor and the authorized person, signed (live)<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong><span style=\"color: #009345;\">8. Appropriate Usage (User Conduct)<\/span><\/strong><\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"16\">The user agrees not to.<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul data-path-to-node=\"17\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\">Using the platform for illegal purposes or violating the rights of others.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0\">Attempting to interfere with the system&#039;s operation, such as sending viruses or performing automated data scraping.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\">Use impolite, sarcastic, or divisive language in comment sections.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><span style=\"color: #009345;\"><strong>9. Disclaimer<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><p data-path-to-node=\"19,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"19,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Learning outcomes:<\/b> The company does not guarantee that users will achieve success in their careers, promotions, or passing any exams, as learning depends on each individual&#039;s ability and effort.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"19,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"19,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">System stability:<\/b> The company will do its best to ensure the system is available at all times, but disruptions may occur due to system upgrades or technical unforeseen circumstances. The company is not liable for any damages resulting from temporary access issues.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"20\"><span style=\"color: #009345;\"><strong>10. Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-path-to-node=\"21\">The company values your personal information. The collection, use, and disclosure of information will be in accordance with... <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fastlearn10x.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\"><b data-path-to-node=\"21\" data-index-in-node=\"87\">Privacy Policy<\/b><\/a> This is a company policy, and part of these terms and conditions.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-path-to-node=\"21\">\u201c&quot;Users&quot; and &quot;members&quot; can read and review the privacy policy here. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fastlearn10x.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> <\/strong>Under the Privacy Policy, if the user wishes to delete any or all of the service usage data, they must notify Fastlearn10x (Faslearn Ten X) to request deletion of all user data. The user will not claim for products and services that were previously purchased from Fastlearn10x (Faslearn Ten X). The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of all data collected while using the service.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">When a &quot;user&quot; registers with Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn Ten X). <strong>By using the service, users are deemed to have given permission for the collection of data regarding their use of various services.<\/strong> Information regarding the service, including enrolled courses, system access, interests in various services, and other service-related data, shall be considered as the right of Fastlearn10x (FastLearnTenX) to use such information as appropriate.<strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>Without requiring permission, &quot;users&quot; will not have the right to access or request such information without authorization from Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn Ten X) regarding usernames and passwords.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">When accessing Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn Ten X) services, the &quot;user&quot; is responsible for maintaining their own login credentials. Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn Ten X) will consider anyone logging in with the correct username and password through the correct login method as belonging to the &quot;user&quot; themselves. If the user uses or purchases courses and services from Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn Ten X), the user will not be liable for any claims arising from unauthorized use of their username and password by another party. <strong>Users must not allow other users to access their account under their username.<\/strong> For example, viewing inappropriate content, etc., will result in the cancellation of all certificates from the &quot;Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn Ten X)&quot; system, and no compensation will be claimed if such actions are detected.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><span style=\"color: #009345;\"><strong>11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn 10X) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, without prior notice. Such changes will take effect immediately from the date announced in these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, or any other notice of change. Users must monitor these changes through the channels provided by Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn 10X) or on the website under the &quot;Terms and Conditions of Service of Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn 10X)&quot;. <strong>\u201c&quot;Personal Data Protection Policy&quot;\u201d<\/strong> It cannot be claimed that Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn 10X) services are for individual learning purposes only, meaning only the user or member. Furthermore, users agree not to copy, modify, or reproduce any part of the service content for any business profit or financial support without permission from Fastlearn10x (Fast Learn 10X).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #009345;\"><strong>12. Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>Fastlearn10x (FaslearnTenX) respects the intellectual property rights of instructors and partner institutions. All content in the communication channels, including but not limited to text, images, data, comments, diagrams, databases, graphics, photographs, images, audio or audio file formats, software, brand and HTML are the intellectual property of Fastlearn10x (FaslearnTenX) or partner institutions or users (as the case may be) and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and may not be downloaded, copied, modified, reproduced, printed or distributed in any form, except that you may download and\/or print a copy of such content for your own legal and non-commercial use or other purposes. Instructors, course authors and Fastlearn10x (FaslearnTenX) reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who infringe copyrights or trademarks or other intellectual property rights under the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 and amendments and other relevant intellectual property laws.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><span style=\"color: #009345;\"><strong>13. Scope of Responsibility<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>The scope of liability of TERMS OF SERVICE shall not be greater than the amount paid by the \u201cUser\u201d to purchase \u201cgoods\u201d and\/or \u201cservices\u201d of Fastlearn10x (FaslearnTenX) only.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"24\"><span style=\"color: #009345;\"><strong>14.
